    Default For Pet Owners

I've found a site that answers medical questions (by vets) for your favorite furr person. You might want to give it a look. They DO NOT answer questions for emergencies.

Those sort of sites can be very helpful.
When I had my bunny I had to learn to do a lot of things for him on my own with supplies from the local feed store. Angora rabbits tend to get sick easy. I would have owed a fortune to the vet otherwise.

Yup...I just thought it would be useful to have a site where questions were answered by a vet instead of some sort of staffer.

Hey hey even staffers are trained and have been taught so much that they can often answer many questions also! I should know I worked at a Vet's office for 2 years and learned so much I could answer alot of questions people would call in with!

Oops!!!! Didn't mean to offend. But ya gotta admit, there are some sites that just don't have very well-trained ppl doing the answering. Sorry, Cathy.

No offense taken! None At ALL!!!

I just had to rub ya' a little there

I just happened to work at a vets office that made sure we were well trained and taught as much as possible, I was front-office and still they made us learn alot because we were the very 1st people who come in contact with our clients. We most def. could not be ignorant!

How is your kitty doing? And how about you? I do hope well!!

How cool, the 1st one or the remake that Johnny Depp starred in? I'll bet he has some stories to tell!

I actually (well shall I say my family) adopted a Walt Disney star, his name was "Stinky" and he was a beautiful Skunk!!! He was a darling pet, but even de-musked he still had that little odor about him, thus his name fit him so well!!! He was also very fond of fresh chicken, as we found out one night when we allowed him to spend the night in the chicken coup!!! "Stinky" had a very large feast that night, the next AM he was sprawled out on his back with all 4 legs upward and the fattest belly this side of the Mason Dixie Line!!! Of-course all but the bones of our chickens remained in the coup!
