    Default Frozen Pre-Cooked Mussels?

We picked up two bags of these at Walmart tonight.
I have a mussels in white wine recipe I want to try but I am not sure about how to use the precooked ones. I am thinking thaw them out in the fridge over night and then use them in the recipe just long enough to heat through?

Big Lots had some great dried herbs. I got Egyptian Basil leaves, Tuscan Herb Blend and Moroccan whole Rosemary Leaves in this lovely little jars. I also picked up some Italian herb blend. I found a baking stone for $10. Extra virgin olive oil 33oz bottles for $6.50. I picked up four of those. I was a happy little shopper lol.

for frozen pre-cooked mussels - remove the flesh and if you need the leftover water from the package - just place it in a cup - they can be defrosted in the fridge or steamed frozen

they can be broiled, fried, sauteed, poached, baked, steamed, blackened or microwaved

    Thanks Mama.
I made them for Jon today in a white wine garlic sauce and he really loved them.
Served them with crusty bread for dipping.
