I went to Hardees a few days ago to get a couple of burgers. The one little guy in the front was also taking a drive thru order. This woman keeps this poor little guy on there for 15 minutes atleast and then I hear her order a buger and that was only sold at McDonalds. He asks her if she wants basically their equivalent of that burger and she goes uh..isnt this McDonalds? He goes no..this Hardees McDonalds is right next door lol. She stammers she is sorry and that she thought she was at McDonalds. She was sitting right in front of a huge sign that said Thank you for choosing Hardees lol. Now when she came around by the window I expected to see some kids of something but it was a woman who looked to be in her 40's driving a newer model van. I was watching and she did pull out and go to McDonalds. It was so funny.
How on Earth she pulled into Hardees for McDonalds I will never know lol.
I felt so sorry for the guy taking her order. He is a little slow mentally and she thoroughly messed with him.

That is hysterical!!! I feel for the woman, her mind must've been 100 miles away!

I always mess with the order takers when they ask what would you like to drink? I say Coke if their sign plainly states Pepsi and vice versa, they always get mad and act offended! hee-hee

FUNNY, janie!

At drive thrus I always find it annoying when I try to go to the trouble to be quick, efficient and thorough by saying, "I'd like a Large Diet, and a Filet-'o-Fish, NO FRIES. And that's all".

They ALWAYS ask "Would you like fries w/ that?"

Sometimes they then ask "Would you like an apple pie or cookies w/ that?"

I roll my eyes at the speaker (like they can see me!) and simply REPEAT myself: "I'd like a Large Diet, and a Filet-'o-Fish, NO FRIES. And that's all".

I also always have my $$$ counted-out and READY when I pull-up. One of these days I'm gonna pay their azzes in loose change!

Janie, I have a fellow I have known for YEARS that works at our Kroger, he also is a little slow, but he is a sweetheart. The other night I saw him at another store where I was doing some shopping, and I was joking around with him, he simply had no sence of humor and just did not get my kidding at all, went right over his head! So your slow fellow at Hardee's probably never even got your joke
