With my sodium restriction snacks are very hard to have but I have found Soft Corn Tortillas that are zero sodium. I take one out of the fridge, spray it with "I can't believe it's not butter" and sprinkle it with whatever spice suits me at the time and nuke it for about 10 seconds. Hey it's not that bad.

I like to freeze my grapes and blueberries so I will use those or a Fuji Apple.
