Last night my husband and I watched Underworld the revolution. It was good!! Now I had forgotten what the first one was about LOL, but thankfully the sequel went back in time a little to keep you caught up. Actually I think that this one was better than the last. Its about vampires and other scary looking creatures. I would rate it an 8 out of 10!!

We just watched Batman Begins last night and really enjoyed it. I think the thing i enjoyed most about it was the character development, there was more to it than just 'action'.

Oh, Underworld Revolution! That's one that I kept meaning to see in the theatre and I really liked the first one. We just never got around to it and now I need to add it to our Netflix queue.

We went to see Superman Returns just yesterday. I really enjoyed it. It was much better than the third/fourth installments and made a lot more sense. And they introduced some interesting story twists.

I liked Brandon Routh as Superman and Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor.

That's another one I want to see. It's playing here on both normal screens and at our IMAX theatre. I get to the movie theatre so rarely though, but I'm hoping that is one I can actually make it to see.

Has anyone seen The Devil Wears Prada?

I read and enjoyed the book, and intend on going to see the movie, but I just wondered what other feedback was out there.

The couple of people I've talked to so far, said that it was good, but not as good as the book. That seems about par for the course for books-that-become-movies.

As for "The Devil Wears Prada", still haven't watched it. I intend to though. One can never go wrong with Meryll Streep--she's one of my favorite actresses ever; I just love her. I think it's gonna be a kick-ass chick flick.

The last movie I watched was "The Usual Suspects" on DVD. It was really great! Not your run-of-the-mill whodunnit, plus I appreciated the dry humor. Kevin Spacey is good, although I feel his acting is a bit self-concious in this movie.

The question is: Who is Keyser Soze? Do you really wanna know?

I give it an 8 out of 10 stars.

Thank heaven for DVD's!!!

I am so sick and tired of commercials that I rarely watch television but the DVD player is on most of the time - at least there aren't commercials. (ever notice that you can count 13 to 15 commercials at once?? - and I really don't think they should run the same commerical in the same time slot right after another!)

We have a good collection of DVD's and VHS tapes and yesterday was Gettysburg - all six hours of it! But I got to pause it while I was cooking, etc. and I didn't miss any of it!

Tonight is Steven King's Storm of the Century.

Last night we watched this movie called Ultraviolet. It was ok, not as good as I thought it would be. I was getting kinda sleepy watching it. I would rate it a 7 out of 10. You're right about dvds!
