I have given my fudge recipe to countless people who claim they cannot get it to come out right even using a thermometer. I wonder if it is the type of pot they are using? I always use the same one to make fudge in here and my Mom always used one particular pot to make candy in. My sis and two of Jon's friends claimed the fudge they tried to make tasted good but they had to eat it with a spoon. I dont know what to tell them unless it is the pot they are making it in.
