I got a nice nonstick popover pan a few weeks ago. I have been looking at tons of recipes for them and have a question. Should the pan be preheated? Some say yes and some say no. I hate to waste ingredients and I know you guys can tell me the right way.

preheat on the stove top or in the oven and half fill - I hope that helps
