What are those chicken skewers on the chinese buffets called?
Jon loves them but Im not even sure what they are called so I can look up some recipes.

I think these are more of a chicken yakitori. Looks like thigh meat with soy, sherry, ginger, garlic and some other seasonings. I found a recipe and have some chicken tenderloins soaking in it right now.

That's what I was always told. Loved them anyway. Wife wouldn't touch them after hearing that remark even when I told her it was nothing more then boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat.
