    Default Quiche Question

Can I make a moz, basil and tomato quiche a day ahead and keep it in the fridge overnight and it still be good to eat? I plan to make one for tomorrow but if I could make it this evening it would be even better.

Janie - there's a good chance that your crust will be soggy -
but you can bake your crust completely the night before and cook your fillings - then assemble and bake in the morning. That's what I would do - but it's up to you.

I've had some good and I've had some bad - so I can take it or leave it. And I don't like mushy crust.
