He was out roaming around and I needed to do something in the kitchen. So I put him on the kitchen floor and shut the gate between the kitchen and living room. The bathroom door was open off the kitchen. I was busy mixing up the herb de provence recipe CF posted and when I finished Spike was hiding in the bathroom. I cannot imagine why he would get nervous when I lock him in the kitchen with me and start mixing up herbs .
