Ok here is a dumb question. The book says to let the dough rise on your pizza wheel and preheat your oven. Your supposed to slide the dough onto a hot baking stone right off the pizza peel. You would want to put the dough straight onto the hot griddle so what do you move the dough on? Parchment paper maybe?

What worked for me was to make sure I let it rest on a well floured cutting board, when it was time to transfer it onto the griddle I'd just pick up the cutting board and gently slide the dough onto the griddle! Worked just great every time!!!

I had to change my book order a little today.
I got the Taste of Home Country Cooking as planned.
I also ordered LaBelle Cuisine: Recipes to Sing About (Hardcover) & The Sopranos Family Cookbook: As Compiled by Artie Bucco (Hardcover).
I cannot wait til they come in.

I got a baking stone today at Big Lots for $10!
It is 15 or 16 inches I think. The box it was in was a wreck but the stone is in one piece.
