Default Calling All Cookbook Readers

I've posted this before, but we've had a bunch of new members join since the last time, and some of you might be interested:

Do you like reading cookbooks? Of course you do, or you wouldn’t be a member of this group. If you’re at all like me, you read them curled up in bed, the way other people read novels.

But, with cookbooks averaging $35-50 nowadays, you probably don’t read as many of them as you’d like. Certainly you don’t own as many as you’d care to.

Well here’s a way for you to indulge that passion while building your cookbook library for free.

I’m the Reviews Editor at ChefTalk.com, a community of about 12,000 professionals in the food service industries, serious foodies, and passionate home cooks. Right now we’re looking to expand our staff of cookbook reviewers. The folks who write reviews now have done a bang up job, for sure. But the flow of books has increased exponentially, and we’d like additional voices to help pick up the load.

If you qualify, we send you the books you request from our list of review copies; you write a review; and you keep the book as a thank you. A good deal for everyone.

Of course, there’s a little more to it than that. For all the details, contact me at brook@cheftalk.com, and I’ll fill you in on what it takes.

Unfortunately, due to logistical and cost elements, we cannot accept users outside of North America.
