    Default My favorite cookbook

    I have a set of index cooking cards I use quite often called "Easy Cooking", by Masters Publishing.

    They are really unique and a lot of fun to use. Does anyone else use these?

    I use Chez Panisse Desserts by Lindsey Shere..
    Lindsey’s caramelized Chez Panisse Almond Tart is worth tackling in the kitchen.

    The Secret recipes of Restaurant

    Oh my, i used the best cooking book of all time, You see when i use to go to out and eat, i would always wanted to talk to the chef, because some of the food was good or bad and let me tell you , all of us could have been back there cooking up some better meals but there are a Few places i wish i could get my hands on some recipes and that dream has come true, the best book of all time its Called the
    Secret Recipes from restaurant. As seen on t.v.

    If you love all the chain Restaurants and the High end chef recipes, this books contains it all. Secret Restaurant Recipes finally revealed in "America's Secret Recipes"

    If you like Indian Cooking then Classic Indian Cooking is a good one
