A good friend of mine sent me this email
"Wanted to let you know that Paula Wolfert's new book, Mediterranean Clay Pot Cooking, is finally out. I've been waiting for this one for about 18 months, and the book is well worth the wait.
It retails for 35 bucks. But could be money well spent. Lots of recipes for your kind of cooking----Spanish, southern French, Italian, Greek, Mid-Eastern, Turkish, North African. Plus lots of new techniques to try, given the diversity of cooking styles and clay vessels used throughout the Mediterranean region. Just wanted to give you a heads up."
