Default 5 Ingredient cookbook?

I have actually seen several called that plus 4 and even 3 ingredient but I was greatly disappointed. I wanted it since some recipes are dumb. I've seen one for rice pilaf that had 29 ingredients. After the rice, broth and oil the remaining was mostly 1/2 tsp of every spice in the rack. After the essential ingredients most of the rest is personal preference. The 5 ingredient book was mostly mixes plus a few with just several cans of prepared soups which is really about 20 ingredients if you think about it. If any of you know of any with just the main ingredients let me know since most of us can flavor it for our own taste?

I've got a bunch to share - and I'll tell you this - I've seen some of these 3, 4, or 5 ingredient books - and I wouldn't mind if they didn't count walt, pepper or water, I could handle that - but when they start with 14 seasonings - grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Time to go back to pre-school and learn to count!
