2 tsp. margarine
2 cups sugar 2 tsp. vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup oil 9 T. cocoa 4 cups flour 1 C. confectioners sugar Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla, mix. Add cocoa, salt, flour and baking powder, mix until smooth. Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Then form balls with your hands, and roll the balls in confectioners sugar. Place on a baking tray, allowing room for the cookies to spread. Bake at about 350 for 15 to 20 minutes maximum. The cookies harden as they cool, so don't leave them in too long. This recipe can be doubled, just don't double the salt. |
