Orange Cookies

Ingredients
280 g flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
100 g sugar
120 g butter

1 egg yolk
1 pinch salt
2 tsp Zest of 1 orange, untreated, or 1 1/2 tsp orange peel

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

With electric mixer beat butter and egg yolk until light, then add egg yolk and orange zest. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, mix till dough is well mixed and smooth. Fill cookie press with dough, press cookies on baking paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown. Cool on rack.
