1 cup(s) , Brown Sugar Packed 1 cup(s) , Butter Softened 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract 3 large , Eggs 2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda 1 cup(s) , Sour Cream 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt 2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder 4 cup(s) , A.P. Flour Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, margarine and vanilla. Add eggs. Dissolve baking soda in sour cream. Sift together salt, baking powder, and flour. Add sour cream mixture and flour mixture alternately to the sugar mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack. Frost with caramel frosting or the frosting of your choice. Makes 60 cookies |
