Bourbon Pecan Pie

* 1 cup dark brown sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
* 1 tablespoon bourbon
* 2 cups pecan halves or pieces, divided
* 1 pie shell, 9-inch, unbaked

Beat together the butter and brown sugar until creamy and light. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla, salt, corn syrup, and bourbon. Arrange 1 cup pecans on the bottom of the pie shell.
Pour pie filling over the pecans, then sprinkle remaining pecans over filling. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350° F.

Default Don't Know What To Do With Them?

There's a simple solution to that Foleywoman.

Find you a large box. Attach a mailing label with my name and address. Fill with pecans. Call the UPS guy.

Not real difficult at all.
