Thumbs up meat and potato kufta >>>> Eastern cooking

This first my own posts
I hope to be your friend


ingredients:
1 cup minced meat
2 cup mashed potato
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoon ghee
1 tablespoon whole cumin
salt , black pepper , turmeric
bread crumbs
corn oil for fry

.......................................

preparation :

put meat in pot , stir over heat until
dry , add onion and ghee , stir until
tender , add water and cook over
low heat until dry , season with salt
black pepper , cumin , turmeric
parsley and potato , cool .
shape dough into cylinder ,cover
with bread crumbs , fry in hot deep
oil over moderate heat until golden .

Welcome to Spice Place Mream. It's nice to meet you and thank you for posting such an interesting recipe.
The best way I have found to post a picture is through an account with Flicker, photo bucket or image shack. They all have free access. They give you codes for pictures and you can post them into any forum that allows pictures.

This recipe sounds wonderful. I am going to try making these they should be delicious!!!

There is a similar recipe of Cuban cusine it is called "Relleons de Papa" in English it means "Stuffed Potato Balls" You use a flavorful beef filling inside the mashed potato ball, roll it in seasoned bread crumbs and deep fry> so delicious! I love eating them.
