Easy P.B. Cookies

I made these Peanut Butter Cookies the other day they were really Good and easy, fast to make! these cookies have no flour in them and are diabetic friendly. Each cookie has 2 grams of proten and is a good snack- (6 gram. sugar) cookie.

Preheat oven 375 Bake 9 min Grease Cookie sheets

1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
1 EGG

IN MEDIUM BOWL STIR ALL ABOVE TOGETHER (no mixer needed)

Roll into 1 inch. balls 2 inches apart flatten each ball with a small drinking glass ~ sprinkle with white sugar or colored sugar for the holidays! Cookie

Serving 36 cookies 66 Calories each
