I have an electric one; I forget the brand. It's basically a heavy ceramic bown with an element in it and a grill rack over it. I use it fairly often; it's great for grilling small amounts for just 2 people and for when the weather is bad and you can't grill outside.

I grilled chicken wings once (using my small George Foreman grill) and my whole living / dining room smelled of chicken the whole night LOL!
I think I'll stick with grilling fish, vegetables and bread instead. Hi Mama Mangia, thanks for the cleaning tips. |

I do have to say that I don't recommend the use of these grills for very greasy food. Once I tried to grill some cheap hamburgers on it and the smoke was EVERYWHERE!
Of course it was my husbands birthday and we had invited the parents and in laws over so both moms got to see my disaster. Fun times. |
