I like electric canopeners..there is a new one they advertise on the tv.. that you just put onto the can and it moves itself..have you heard of this one?

It's a waste of time, money and energy. You plug it in to charge or you can't use it - and that takes time and by the time it goes around the can - I can do it with a hand-held in a fraction of the time! My little "gizmo" - well if anyone ever breaks into my house - I hope they take it!

hahaha. I'm sure anyone breaking into Mama's kitchen would head straight for the kitchen. Sounds like she's got lots of fun little goodies.

True. When you like to work in the kitchen as much as I do - and of course everyone knows it - I get so much for the kitchen! Most of it is useful - some of it - well - if I knew someone was going to break in - I would gift wrap a large box of "items" for them!

But with my luck they would leave the box and take the goodies! LOL

A friend of mine was going with this guy who would find out from her when I was making goodies and he would show up - raid the kitchen - steal from the fridge and leave! I had baked 3 pies - which he put right in his trunk and took off with! I had to bake them all over again!

She eventually broke up with him - he owes me plenty of bakeware!!! And I am looking for him! grrrrrrrrr
