I have few days old gas .
Its great for me. But It would be better if i got one electric stove.

I've been eyeing the glasstops for a while (for a new home) if I had to have electric. I'd MUCH rather have a good ol' gas stove, but I've gotten used to using electric since that's all I have right now.

It's nice to get a little input on what people actually think of them...

I don't have one right now. But when I can afford it, I definately want one. My dad got one for my mom when I was a teenager. I loved the thing & so did my mom. It's really easy to clean. You don't have to worry about spilling stuff in the burners. I have an electric stove, but it's not a flat top.
