type of greeting. I certainly hope I am not one of the "Now You've Done It" folks. I am new here and hope I haven't offended anyone. I posted a Link for Chubby that has seafood recipes, and shows pictures of MD Blue Crab meat because he thinks it is grey in color, I think it is white. LOL I added a disclaimer that I am in no way associated with the company so everyone would know that I was not promoting anything. Was that a part of the problem? I certainly hope not. I would appreciate a reply. TIA This is a great forum and I would like to continue here.

No, no, no MsMai... Not at all.
We have folks who happen onto the site now and then (several of them just in the last few days, though), who quickly open a membership and contribute ONLY ONE POST for the sole purpose of exposing us to their product or web-site so thay can make money. They post once and never return- moving on to countless other such sites to continue to "spread the word", falsely presuming that we all must fall all over our damned selves migrating over to their whacko website to type in our credit card number and go wild with purchases. It's literally just like scamming salesman calling you at home during supper- or receiving a mailbox full of throw-away junk mail. It's a rude imposition and we try and police that here so as to keep it to a bare minimum. You? Nope! You better stick around! Last edited by chubbyalaskagriz; 08-15-2008 at 06:50 PM. |

Sounds like Mama might have a pretty good swing of the arm too. My money is on her handling the situation here. Thanks for the claification, my friend. |
