Bread Machines
I just borrowed my mom's bread machine and am excited to have fresh bread in the house! (I can't eat the most commercial breads b/c they all have soy in them and my DS is allergic to it).
Anyone have a tried and true bread machine recipe to share? Or tips on what types of ingredients work best with them? Or other tricks for making them work well?

My grandma has a bread machine that has been sitting in a sealed box for about 10 years now. Lol. She hates it and never used one before. She faithfully cooks bread in her oven weekly.
Have you tried yours out yet? How do you like it?
