Default Christmas menu

My family is starting to think about this year's Christmas dinner. Of course, it'll be a traditional turkey, and probably a ham, but I'm hoping to branch out and make some really yummy sides this year. I've already got a list of possibilities from some of the recipes posted here.

So what's on your Christmas dinner menu?

Well this year since we are having Christmas with my parents we will be having ham and prime rib. My dad isn't a turkey fan. My husband will also prepare tamales for us to snack on during the day. Not sure about sides as of yet.

Question Christmas menu

Last year I made a pork tenderloin that I butterflyed and stuffed and rolled then roasted. I must say marinating a pork tenderloin and stuffing it was the best idea I ever had. It was awsome. I guess I will try and do a beef eye of round this year. I havn't decided about the stuffing yet though.
