Default Sweet or unsweet?

Okay, the eternal question: Do you like your iced tea sweet or unsweet?

I like mine unsweet, but with lemon. Yes, I am in the South, but not the Deep South, so I guess that is my excuse.

hmmmmmmmmmm - iced tea is my favorite! cut black pekoe, orange pekoe, green, any kind!! with or without sugar, honey or sweetener, with or without lemon, lime or orange slices...............fresh brewed, sun tea, leftover from the teapot - I'm not fussy!!!

but i do prefer fresh instead of "canned" mixes!

Iced tea sweetened with lemon and mint. We use fresh mint leaves from plants that came over with my grandmother in 1910 from Eastern Europe.

I like mine unsweet as well.

It's interesting how in some areas (it was like this when I was in Atlanta recently) you can't even get unsweet tea at all. I'll drink it sweet; I just don't prefer it that way.

I prefer my ice tea to be sweetened. My favorite tea is fresh brewed raspberry tea. When I can't make fresh brewed I drink a brand called Arizona raspberry flavored tea.

I do prefer my ice tea sweetened but not super sugary, like some here in the south. I do get a craving for super sweet tea every once in a while and I normally will just go visit my G'mother for a fix.

I've never been a fan of tea in general. About the only kind I will drink is chai made with milk. I guess that counts as sweet?

Got a sweet tooth so I like mine sweet. Although there's a local shop here that sells green iced tea--basically from the same plant where oriental green teas are made from, and I prefer that unsweetened. So I guess it depends on the type of tea really, but for the most part, I'd go for sweet.

I like mine sweetened, but southern 'sweet tea' is a little *too* sweet for me. My DH detests sweetened tea and only likes it unsweetened. Interestingly, when we were on our honeymoon in Canada they only had sweetened tea everywhere which was not so good for DH .
