I only use olive oil. I hear that it is better than most oils. I have found that it even taste better than using canola oil or vegetable oil.

I pretty much use olive oil as a few others have stated. But some of the other oils seemed worth a try, so I guess I will give them a look to see if I like them. Thanks

I generally use vegetable oil when baking. I don't use a whole lot of oil when cooking, so I use veg oil for that too, unless I have olive oil, but that's not real often.

I use Canola oil or Olive oil for general cooking. If I am cooking anything that takes more than a thin coat of oil in the pan than I only use Canola oil. I understand that olive oil can get a burnt taste if you fry with it. When I use Olive oil it has to be light olive oil. Regular Olive has too strong a flavor for my taste.
