Coconut oil?

Which oil is used for your cooking? Coconut,sunflower or any other else? Once some news was around us about the use of coconut oil, if we use regularly,it is high chance to make cholesterol, blood pressure and so on I don't think so. I think it was a fake news, that any other oil company was behind there. I am a regular use of this oil. I have no problem and my family.

Coconut oil is quite unhealthy when compared to other oils. I use olive oil most of the time, and canola oil if I want a more neutral flavor. What you heard was not "fake news."
