Default It's Great NEWS!!!

Turns out eggs are good for you after all! Of-course Mrsjimmyp and I know this all along so we got us some chickens and they're layin' us some fresh eggs everyday and we are happy! But now our happiness can be COMPLETE! They have actually decided eggs are not the BIG BAD FORBIDDEN things previously thought to be.

Here is an article that came out today just in case you're wondering:

Crack Wise - MSN Health & Fitness - Cholesterol

So you can have your eggs and use 'em to make cake too

I'm old enough to know back when...when they were good for us. Then, like paper grocery bags, we were told they were BAD for us. It's nice to know it has finally swung back to the sane side again. I'm still waiting for that decision on the BigMac.

I love omlettes I always have them on the weekends when I have more time to make breakfast. I get the eggs that have extra omega 3 because they feed the chickens flax seeds so I never felt bad about it.

My relatives all had chickens - when times were tough they lived on eggs - they had not trouble with cholesterol, heart attacks, clogged arteries, etc. and they all lived to be close to 100.

I never did believe that eggs were bad for us.
