I like to eat bananas. I also will toast a bagel while feeding the critters and then quickly spread some cream cheese on it and run out the door. I have an hour commute so plenty of time to eat the bagel on my way to work. If I actually have a couple of minutes I will fry an egg and add a piece of ham and cheese and make a bagel breakfast sandwich to eat on the way to work.
I love making hearty oatmeal with grapenuts, dried fruit, applesauce, flaxseed oil, and fresh fruit.
Hmmm.. quick breakfast for me is synonymous with cereals. When I was in college, McDonalds is a sure answer to morning hunger.
breakfast for me can be anything lately. A chunk of french bread, a bagel, dry cereal, last night's leftovers, etc. As long as it doesn't take long, it's fair game.
