What's For Dinner

Weather has been about the same here. Supposed to be in the 70's the next two days, which is nice because I've got a painting job to finish.

It is wonderful! Best part is the darned mosquitos have disappeared, I despise the little buggers

For dinner tonight I grilled pork chops seasoned in red wine vinaigrette sauce with a touch of garlic, paprika and no salt soy sauce served with chinese white rice and sesame stir fry vegetables

Tonight I am having......Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti noodles and extra sauce! For our veggie I do not yet know.

I am lazy chicken cutlet parmesan, garlic bread that I made, salad and pasta

Tonight we had macaroni, and meatballs. And my wife put a nice piece of pork in the gravy too woo hoo

I actually picked up a dozen ears of corn fresh picked on the way home from work tonight. I'm grillin some with a garlic and butter smear under the husk. A couple split cornish game hens will be the side.

Fresh picked corn is the best

Brings back great memories of my mommy special corn garden .... they were the best, while we were picking the corn mommy was putting the pot of water on the stove to boil. I miss those days!
