Yes I would say that a dressing is prepared and goes on the outside of the meats and stuffing in inserted inside the bird/joint.

Nah Cathy. I was just thinking of chicken balls which go into an Italian Wedding type soup but was confused of where one could utilize turkey balls. I am thinking maybe a turkey version of that soup.

One could make a turkey ball version of swedish meatballs. In the case of using the ground turkey and the Stove Top stuffing mix, I'm thinking that maybe the turkey balls would be rather interesting.

Maybe Kraft Foods can come up with recipes geared towards turkey balls using leftovers.

    Stopping now. Laffing to hard.

    Speaking of turkey balls -

I am so bad - every year I have to have the turkey neck and the oysters from the baqck of the turkey! That is the best for me. The rest of the turkey parts I can eat later - just give me the neck and the oysters NOW!

I'm the same with chicken -

and all my life I have loved breaded chicken backs -

Oh - and BTW - KRAFT FOODS STINK!

They are trying to buy up the entire food market - and slowly succeeding!

Since they have purchased Stella D'Oro Cookies - they changed the formula and the cookies are not the same.

Now they want to buy Cadbury so they can wreck that too.

They pay these overpaid idiots to change recipes and formulas so they can make a bigger profit.

    I HATE KRAFT!

    and on that note........

Agrees 100% with your views on Kraft Foods Mama.
The recipes they come up with are rip off remakes using all Kraft Food ingredients. Almost every recipe calls for either sour cream or cream cheese.

I do not hate Kraft but I can say some of the non-name brand same items are just as good if not better and the price is much better!

I agree with you Cathy - just think of it like this - Kraft will buy up all they can and ruin it - eventually we will see everyone return to absolute homemade and Kraft sill no longer have the business and they will eventually die off and then someone will come along and start the business all over again - with healthier recipes.

These food giants only think of the bottom line - PROFIT - and they don't care about when we eat - as long as they make money.

I'm glad I can make so much homemade - I don't need Kraft.

Thirty years ago packaged foods were healthier - and we didn't have aisles of them in the stores. I prefer the old days - the old brands that were good.

But azzholes like Kraft come along and bought the good companies and ruined everything.

No more Holly Farms chickens - bought out Perdue and Perdue chickens rot.

And what companies haven't ruined by changing recipes/forumlas - the government has stuck their big noses in and ruined the rest.
