My parents have one and se it often for entertaining, but i think whether it is worth it depends on your lifestyle.

I would love a double oven but at the moment I live in a small manufactured house and don't have room to entertain if I wanted to. It seems I cook a lot but
travel to others houses with my cooking. Maybe someday I will have a large house that can accomodate a decent gathering. oh well some day.

I absolutely LOVE the double ovens. I know when I have the money & the space for one, I'm gonna get one.

there are days I need a double oven, but it's just not that practical right now. The majority of my big baking comes during the holidays and that's the only time I can see where a double oven would be beneficial. If I did a lot of entertaining though, I could see where one would be very useful.
