    Default Tip of the Day!

My idea is that we could gather a bunch of mini-infos from what we read, learn or watch on TV, and share it here on a daily basis! Doing that would be interesting in my opinion, as we never know when these infos might come in handy when we cook or bake something!

I'll start by giving my tip of the day:

If you want a bleachy-white-colored rice, add a few drops of lemon juice into its water before boiling.

There you go.. share your tips too!

Drink a cup of coffee, a bottle of water, or eat green salad right before having your meal. It surpresses appetite, therefore makes you eat less.

Lets keep this going people, come on!

Actually I do have a tip

I like to look at cooking the same as making love. You can take your time and make it special and enjoyable, or if it's just a "job" to you, it will show in the end result. I absolutely hate rushed cooking that does not allow for the flavors to develop or the foods to cook the way the should. Hope this analogy makes sense.................... it does in my mind anyway
