A Wonderful Dear Friend Recently Gifted Me a Deep-Fryer...

So last night I made the bestest-ever beer-battered shrimp, sweet tater fries, onion rings and fry-bread.

Tonight I made crispy chicken tenders using the rest of the beer batter- along w/ rice pudding...

I won't be able to use it frequently because I'm supposed to be losing more weight... but it's a wonderful thing to have when one feels the urge to splurge!

What do you all like deep-frying at home?

I love my deep fryer as well - but I don't use it that much. I wasn't brought up on all those fast foods - but I do love my French fries! I make potato chips, sometimes I deep fry my wings - many times I prefer them oven baked. Sometimes deep fried veggies, elephant ears, chicken, and other goodies.
