Materials:
TOUFU 200 grams,
shredded beaf 100 grams,
arlicsprout 15 grams,
Youjia broad bean paste( CHILI SAUCE WITH CHILI OIL) 20 grams,
Youjia fermented bean 10 grams,
Youjia ginger oil 10 grams,
Youjia chili powder 0.5 gram,
Youjia pepper powder 1.5 grams(or pepper oil) ,
soy sauce 10 grams,
salt 1 gram (according to taste),
sugar 5 grams,
wet starch (starch add some water well-mixed) 3 grams,
water 150 grams,
vegetable oil 75 grams

Cut bean curd into 2 cm square piece, quick-boil (15 sec.) with a few salt, remove and rinse, soaked with clear water

Chop the Youjia fermented beans and Youjia broad bean paste (CHILI SAUCE WITH CHILI OIL), ginger choped, cut arlicsprout into sections,

Heat the pot, put oil in , fry the beaf scattered, add into Youjia broad bean paste,fry to mix,add Youjia fermented bean, ginger ,Youjia chilli powder.

add water and toufu boiling for 3mins.

Add soy sauce, QingSuan section, sugar, salt (acording to personal tast) , put the wet starch flour in.

The most important and the last : put Youjia Pepper powder(or pepper oil) in!

Shut the fire, fill the dish.
