Default Peanuts

I haven't had honey roasted peanuts in a long time, years actually, and I'm having them right now, and they taste very good. Does anyone roast their own peanuts? I just buy them pre-roasted, that's fine for me.

They are delicious, aren't they? I've been meaning to try a recipe for glazed peanuts that have honey and a spice coating. I'll dig up the recipe and post it. I don't magine it would be too difficult. I used to like Beer Nuts and BBQ peanuts too. Then I went into a Cashew and also a Pistachio phase.

Oh yes those are the bomb! I love them. I also like cashews a lot. Oh I cant wait to get that recipe on the honey and spice coating. Pistachios are nice too.

I haven't eaten peanuts in at least a year. I'm not a big fan of them generally speaking.
