Got my Sizzling Pepper Griddle today!!!
I got my birthday gift early and I love it
 I just couldn't stand it any longer 'cause every since Pepperman has posted his recipe for the Jalepeno pepper recipes I have been making them, and Eddie and I love them. So I just went ahead and ordered my Pepper Griddle early, it came in today. I am so pleased with it! I envision jalepeno peppers for every meal I love the fact that it is not near as heavy as either my iron skillet or our regular 2burner griddle. And it could be used for many other items besides just jalepeno's. I am already brainstorming

Got your reply,I'm glad you like the griddle. I posted earlier this evening. We've been so busy, I will try harder to stay active on the cooking site. I'm waiting to see what new recipe idea you'll create with your pepper griddle. The Pepperman

You're funny Kev, my Birthday is really Nov. 20th and so I got my gift super early!!! So I am no Sept. baby! My favorite woman in the world was born on Sept. 1st and she was my paternal grandmother!

It is a new griddle that Pepperman invented, made of cast iron and used to grill jalepeno peppers filled with a variety of cheese, shrimp, etc. If you want to check them out his website is called Sizzling Pepper Griddle and he lists some wonderful receipes there as well and the best part is that they are cooked with no added oil or grease and so much healthier for you than other pepper poppers!!! My fiance and I have been eating them several times a week every since Pepperman shared his recipe and we love them!

My sister in Vermon got her Pepper Griddle delivered today, and OH MY Gosh you'd of thought I bought her a 1 karat diamong ring!!! She loves it and wanted to know all the info. where did I find out about it, etc........
Thanks so much PepperMan for giving me another opportunity to make my sis happy! She is the youngest of us 5 kids, I am the oldest and she's always been my baby!!! It really bites that she lives so far away!
