Something simple we used to make as kids
WARNING this will give you a sugar rush!!!!!!

2-Medium Eggs
1-Jar peanut butter
1- Box powdered sugar

Seperate 2 eggs and mix the egg whites with the box of powdered sugar until you have a dough.
Roll Flat
Spread peanut butter over the top of the dough
Roll it up (like rolling a piece of paper)
cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour...

eat and enjoy (just not too much at once remember its all sugar)
