ButterSticks is on a distinguished road
Default Fozen Monkey Tails

Yeah it sounds disgusting but believe me.... it's excellent!
Fist get you some bananas (4-6), popcile sticks, choclate, and a very good ziploc type bag. You can also buy the kit at the grocery store.

Cut the nanners in half (i usually like them with a little green on them)
Push the stick in the cut end and peel
Place them on a non-stick surface (I used a pan with wax paper)
Freeze them

I usually wait about 12-24 hours.

Place your chocolate in the bag and boil untill the chocolate has melted
(you can also melt it in a sauce pan)
Remove your frozen nanners and dip them in the choclate and place them back on the pan. When you are done, place back in the freezer and wait untill the chocolate has harden well.

This snack is one of the best one's i've made in a long time, and if you can find organic chocolate, it tastes even better imho.

enjoy
