ButterSticks is on a distinguished road
Default Peanut Butter Bars..great dessert! :)

Here's one from my Mom. I thought I'd share since they are so great! I've been stingy giving this one out at work, but then again my co-workers are mean, catty women, so I wanna share here !!
These are really the best dessert I've ever made. Enjoy.. and feedback is always appreciated!

Peanut Butter Bars:

Mix Together:
1 cup melted butter (I use 2 sticks of Fleishman's Margarine)

1 and 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers (I use a package of Honey Maid Graham crackers, there are 3 packages per box)

2 and 1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 cup of peanut butter ( I use creamy Jif)

Sir well, pat into a non-greased pan. A smaller pan will yield thicker bars.

For the top layer:
Measure 1 cup of Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels and
1 cup of Nestle butterscotch morsels
Melt/mix together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently (Do not mircowave).

Once completely melted, remove immediately and pour over the bottom layer. Use a spatula to evenly spread (just like icing a cake!).

Store in refridgerator until hard. Cut and serve!
