Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 200 grams pack dessicated coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 tsp vanilla Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare macaroons tin cups by lining them with colored fluted paper cups. Set aside. In a bowl, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mix well. Blend in flour, baking powder, dessicated coconut, condensed milk and vanilla. Blend well. Spoon mixture to prepared macaroon cups and bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. |
