Default Kamikaze Rolls

Ingredients:
1 cup oreo cookie crumbs
2 tbsps. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot milk

1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup whipped cream
fresh fruits (mangoes, kiwis, strawberries, or any fruit in season) cling wrap

Directions:

AHEAD OF TIME! Prepare 2 double 12"x12" cling wrap sheets. Blend cookie crumbs, butter and sugar. Divide into halves and spread over the cling wrap to make two 1/4" thick, 6"x6" wide crust. Refrigerate.

With an electric mixer, beat cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add dissolve gelatin and mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spread half of the mixture over the cookie crust.

Wash fruits thoroughly and slice into wedges or strips. Carefully arrange the fresh fruits on one end of the crust.

With cling wrap sheet still underneath the crust carefully fold over one end of the crust to make it meet the other end. Freeze overnight. Repeat step for remaining crust and cheese mixture. to serve, unwrap and slice frozen rolls and serve immediately with chocolate syrup and shavings.
