Banana milkshake recipe wanted

I would like to have a simple recipe for banana milk shake.
Something that doesn't need me to run to the grocery store
for ingredients.

this is the easiest:

BANANA MILKSHAKES

1 banana (peeled), frozen
1 c. milk

Freeze banana. Break banana into pieces. Put in blender. Add 1 cup milk and blend.

Makes 2 cups.


I prefer mine - milk, ice cream, sliced banana, blend.

2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 or 2 bananas
Chocolate milk

Put 2 or 3 scoops of ice cream in the blender. Slice the bananas and put them in the blender. Add chocolate depending on how rich you want the milkshake. Pour in the milk depending on how thick you want the shake. Turn on the blender. Blend until smooth.
