Brownie Balls

Brownie Balls Recipe - A different way to serve this treat.

3 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
2 squares chocolate, melted
3 1/2 tbsp flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Cream together the butter and sugar until very light. Add eggs, beat well. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and flour. Beat well. Add the chopped walnuts. Spread the brownie batter into a greased 9" square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, and while still warm, cut into brownies small squares. Roll each brownie square in the palm of your hand to make a ball. Drop the ball into granulated sugar. Set on cooling racks until cool
