    Default Caribbean Surprise.

    This one of my husbands specialities.

    Sweet flan base
    Fill with home made banana custard (egg yolks, white sugar, cornflour, milk, vanilla pods, and bananas)
    Covered with slices of banana (sprinkle with lemon juice)
    Cover with demerera sugar
    Blast with blow torch
    Pipe with fresh cream
    Chill and serve

    We only have this occasionally, it's to much for two people.

    Me also. I love desserts.
    But my favourite is chocolate. I like the 70-90% cocoa mass.
