Baileys Cream
A great dessert based on Baileys:
Put two plates of solid gelatine into hot water for 5 minutes. Heat up a cup of Baileys (but don't boil it if you still want some alcohol in it). Take the gelatine out of the water and add it to the Baileys. Stir cream and add the cream to the Baileys. Put the Baileys cream into a glass and put it into the fridge until it has a solid consistency. After around 30-40 minutes you can serve the cream with a fruit you like (I prefer apricot) and some chocolate sprinkles on top.
