1 can condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 bag chopped walnuts

Heat milk and chips until melted. Stir until smooth. Add nuts. Mix well until well coated. Drop by spoonful on wax paper, cool.

This is a very simple recipe. Only real danger is overeating.
